LOTR THE RINGS OF POWER Episode 4 Soundtrack Released – Music by Bear McCreary
Bear McCreary’s Season 1 Episode 4 soundtrack for the Amazon series THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RINGS OF POWER has been released today. The album features approximately 54 minutes of original music from the fourth Season 1 episode (titled “The Great Wave”) and is now available to stream exclusively on Amazon Music (it will be released on other digital music stores following the season finale debut next month).
The label previously released McCreary’s Episode 1, 2, and 3 soundtracks; prior to that two singles from McCreary’s score, “Galadriel” and “Sauron,” were released on Amazon Music in July, and were followed by a full Season 1 soundtrack album featuring Howard Shore’s main theme and selections from McCreary’s score not found on the individual episode soundtracks. These and forthcoming releases are definitely providing a thorough collection of Bear McCreary’s music for this series, which is certainly good news to fans and collectors.
A 2XLP vinyl edition and a 2-disc CD of the Season One soundtrack are available for pre-order from Mondo.
