Lorne Balfe’s Soundtrack for PENNYWORTH Season 3 Releases Tomorrow
DC’s HBO Max original series PENNYWORTH has premiered it’s third season today. The series tells the continuing story of the origin story of Alfred Pennyworth, a former special-forces soldier living in London and how he came to work for Bruce Wayne’s father. The series began as a compelling crime drama, and gradually added some fantastic elements in its second season.
WaterTower Music will released tomorrow the soundtrack album for the third season, featuring selections of the original score from the show’s third season. The music has been composed by Lorne Balfe (MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT, BLACK WIDOW, HIS DARK MATERIALS). Also included is the song “Candlesticks and Caravans” by Balfe and actress Harriet Slater. The label earlier this year released two albums featuring Balfe’s music from Season 2 and David Russo’s (GOTHAM) score from Season 1.
The third season is premiering today on HBO Max.
