Shawn Levy’s THE ADAM PROJECT Is Being Scored by Rob Simonsen
Rob Simonsen (GHOSTBUSTERS: AFTERLIFE, THE WAY BACK, FOXCATCHER, THE SPECTACULAR NOW) is composing the original music for the upcoming Netflix original film THE ADAM PROJECT. This science fiction adventure follows a time-traveling pilot who teams up with his younger self and his late father to come to terms with his past while saving the future.
The movie is directed by Shawn Levy (FREE GUY, NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM, REAL STEEL) and stars Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Garner, Zoe Saldana, Mark Ruffalo, and Catherine Keener. The feature will be the second movie that Shawn Levy has directed with Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds in the lead role, having worked together recently on the 2022 video-game spoof FREE GUY.
“This film is incredibly special to me and I got to make it with my FREE GUY collaborator and friend, Shawn Levy,” Reynolds posted in a social media post. “The film is heartbreaking, funny and does not skimp on huge action. Filming commenced under director Shawn Levy’s studio 21 Laps Entertainment in November 2020 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and officially wrapped in March 2021. The film is set to premiere on March 11, 2022 on Netflix.
