New Sci-Fi Thriller BLANK Features Score by Aryhnn Descy
Directed by Natalie Kennedy in her feature film debut, BLANK is 2022 sci-fi thriller about Claire, a desperate writer who, after checking in for an A.I. operated writer’s retreat, finds herself trapped in her unit with a malfunctioning android. As her captor becomes increasingly unstable she has to outsmart the technology in order to make it out alive.
The film has been scored by Aryhnn Descy (THE TOMBS, NINE NIGHTS, EYE FOR AN EYE), a French/South African composer and pianist who divides her time between London and LA. She has written music for feature films, shorts, documentaries, the stage as well as for orchestra and a variety of solo instruments. The film’s Original Motion Picture Soundtrack has been released by Plaza Mayor and is available to listen via Spotify or purchase a download via Amazon.
The film debuted last March at the Manchester Film Festival in England, with a limited release in the USA in Theaters and on demand beginning on September 23, 2022.
