David Martijn Soundtrack to EPIX tv series WAR OF THE WORLDS to be released
WAR OF THE WORLDS, an EPIX original series of eight episodes, premiered in the US on February 16, 2020, following the European world premiere in late October 2019. Lakeshore Records will release the original soundtrack, featuring the series score by David Martijn (of award-winning Belgian electro rock band GOOSE), digitally on Friday, July 24 2020.
Based on the classic H.G. Wells story and set in present-day Europe, WAR OF THE WORLDS is a multi-faceted series, written and created by BAFTA award winner Howard Overman (MISFITS, CRAZYHEAD, MERLIN).
Produced by Fox Networks Group and StudioCanal-backed Urban Myth Films, the series features a main cast of Gabriel Byrne, Elizabeth McGovern, Adel Bencherif, Léa Drucker, Natasha Little, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Stephen Campbell Moore, and Stéphane Caillard. A second season is now development.
