CANDYMAN Reboot Soundtrack Releases Friday – Score by Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe
A digital soundtrack album featuring the original score by Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe (IL COLPO DEL CANE, vocals for SICARIO, vocals & synths on ARRIVAL) for the CANDYMAN reboot will be released by Waxwork Records this Friday, August 27 A vinyl edition will also be available to order on the same day.
The movie, directed by Nia DaCosta and produced by Jordan Peele, is describes as a “spiritual sequel” to the original horror film CANDYMAN (1992) that returns to the now-gentrified Chicago neighborhood where the legend began, where a chance encounter with a Cabrini Green old-timer exposes him to the tragically horrific nature of the true story behind Candyman. The film will be released in theaters this weekend by Universal Pictures.
The album is now available for pre-order on Apple Music/iTunes.
