Godzilla Singular Point Soundtrack by Kan Sawada Releases Tomorrow, CD + Digital
The GODZILLA SINGULAR POINT soundtrack will be released on disc, streaming and digital on July 21st. A second release featuring 23 more tracks will be released August 22nd.
“The Godzilla Singular Point soundtrack is an homage to my favorite Showa tokusatsu and fantasy films,” said composer Kan Sawada. “The Jet Jaguar theme at the factory, the mysterious song that solves the secret of the singularity, the song of cute Pelops 2, the theme of various monsters… We hope you enjoy the music that colors the story.” Sawada’s music also includes his arrangement of Akira Ifukube’s famous Godzilla theme.
GODZILLA SINGULAR POINT was released on June 24th, streaming on Netflix. The 13-episode animated series, directed by Atsushi Takahashi, told a new and original story unlike anything seen in the Godzilla franchise before.
