Bear McCreary Scores McG’s S F Invasion Movie AT THE RIM OF THE WORLD
Composer Bear McCreary (CHILD’S PLAY, HAPPY DEATH DAY, GODZILLA KING OF THE MONSTERS, 10 CLOVERFIELD LANE) has scored the forthcoming science fiction adventure, RIM OF THE WORLD. Directed by McG (THE BABYSITTER, TERMINATOR SALVATION, CHARLIES ANGELS), the film stars Lynn Collins, Annabeth Gish, Michael Beach, Jack Gore, Miya Cech, Benjamin Flores Jr., and Punam Patel. The movie is about four misfit teenagers who become unlikely allies when their summer camp experience is cut short by an alien invasion.
In a Facebook posting earlier today, Bear remarked “I’m biased, but I think the score to this one turned out spectacularly, and the film is truly something special, packed with action, comedy, and heart.”
