GET OUT’s Michael Abels rejoins director Jordan Peele to score horror film US
US is an upcoming American horror film written, co-produced and directed by Jordan Peele (GET OUT). The creepy story has to do with a mother and father take their children to their beach house expecting to unplug and unwind with friends. But as night descends, their serenity turns to tension and chaos when some shocking visitors arrive uninvited. US stars Lupita Nyong’o (BLACK PANTHER, 12 YEARS A SLAVE, STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS), Winston Duke(BLACK PANTHER, AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR, PERSON OF INTEREST), Elisabeth Moss (THE HANDMAIDENS TALE, THE ONE I LOVE, QUEEN OF EARTH), and Tim Heidecker (DECKER, FANTASTIC FOUR). Jason Blum produces the film under his Blumhouse Productions banner.
Michael Abels, who scored Peele’s GET OUT, is scoring the movie.
The film is scheduled to be released on March 15, 2019, by Universal Pictures.
