New SCREAM Film Trailer Has Dropped – Brian Tyler Scoring the Film

Twenty-five years after a streak of brutal murders shocked the quiet town of Woodsboro, a new killer has donned the Ghostface mask and begins targeting a group of teenagers to resurrect secrets from the town’s deadly past.

The trailer for the new SCREAM (remake/sequel) movie just dropped, and it’s garnered lots of positive response on youtube so far.

This fifth installment in the horror franchise begun by Wes Craven in 1996 is directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett; it stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette and Marley Shelton who reprise their roles from the first four movies, along with new comers to the franchise, who include Melissa Barrera, Jack Quaid, Dylan Minnette, Jenna Ortega.

Composer Brian Tyler is scoring the film – he previously worked with director Bettinelli-Olpin’s and Gillett on their previous feature, READY OR NOT.

The new SCREAM movie is slated for release in theaters on January 14, 2022 by Paramount Pictures.
