MONSTER HUNTER Drops Teaser Trailer – Film Scored by Paul Haslinger

Loosely based on the Capcom video game series, MONSTER HUNTER is written and directed by Paul W. S. Anderson and stars Milla Jovovich, Tony Jaa, T.I., Ron Perlman, Meagan Good, and Diego Boneta and is about a team of soldiers who are transported to a new world where they must engage in a desperate battle for survival against enormous enemies with incredible powers. The film adaptation has been in conception since 2012, with production starting October 2018 and was completed on December of that year. The film is now scheduled for release in the US on December, 2020.

Former Tangerine Dream alumnus and film composer Paul Haslinger has completed scoring the film; Haslinger previously scored Anderson’s DEATH RACE (2008), DEATH RACE 2 (2020; Anderson produced) THE THREE MUSKETEERS (2011), RESIDENT EVIL THE FINAL CHAPTER (2016). Haslinger has also recently scored THE OTHER ME, directed by Giga Agladze, a thriller about an architect who is diagnosed with a rare eye disease and enters a surreal reality in which he sees people’s true motives. As the visions become intolerable, he falls for a mysterious woman and confronts the truth about his own identity. Release date not yet announced.
